These Terms govern your use of the Alutic website at alutic.co and the purchase of Alutic products. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. Alutic is operated by [Legal entity name] (“Alutic”, “we”, “our”).

1. About our products

Alutic products are dietary supplements, not medicines. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult your physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us. If you create an account you’re responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity that happens under it. Notify us at team@alutic.ai if you suspect any unauthorized use.

3. Orders, pricing & subscriptions

• Prices and product details are shown on the product pages and at checkout. We may correct obvious errors and cancel an order if a price or description was clearly wrong, refunding any amount paid.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the cadence you selected (monthly or every three months) until you cancel. We’ll email you before each renewal where required by law.
• You can cancel, pause, change plan or update your payment method at any time from your account, which opens our Stripe-hosted billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period.
• Taxes and shipping fees, if any, are calculated at checkout.

4. Refunds

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by attempting to breach security, by scraping at scale, by interfering with other users, or by using the site to break any law.

The Alutic name, logo, product names, label designs, copy and photography are owned by Alutic. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission, except as needed to view the site normally.

The site and products are provided on an “as is” basis. Individual responses to dietary supplements vary; we make no guarantee that any specific outcome will occur. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alutic’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the site or a product is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages.

9. Governing law & disputes
