Shipping
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Standard delivery in the [United States] takes [3–7] business days from shipment via [carrier].
- International shipping: [available to selected countries / not currently available]. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
- You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
60-day money-back guarantee
Take Alutic for 60 days. If you don’t feel the difference, email our team at team@alutic.ai and we’ll refund your first order in full. No return shipping. No interrogation.
The guarantee covers your first order of a given product. Reorders and subscription renewals are eligible for refund if a bottle arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered — see below.
How to request a refund
Email team@alutic.ai from the address you used at checkout and include your order number (or the date of purchase). We process refunds to the original payment method within [5–10] business days; your bank may take a few additional days to post the refund.
Subscription cancellation
You can cancel, pause or change your subscription at any time from your account, which opens our Stripe-hosted billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period — we never auto-charge after you cancel.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email team@alutic.ai within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the package and the affected bottle. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your call.
